What You’ll Work On With Tim

Each Mastery Session is shaped around what you bring in. You can bring:

A question or challenge in your playing

A groove, pattern, or difficult song section

A technique, timing, or coordination issue

A short clip of your playing

A practice problem or creative block

An area that feels off, even if you cannot identify why

For Drummers Who ARE FINALLY READY to FIGURE OUT

what's holding them back...

You may have been playing for years, but there are still parts of your playing that feel inconsistent, unclear, or harder than they should. Mastery Sessions may be right for you if:

Have played for years but still feel stuck in certain areas

Struggle with timing, feel, technique, or coordination

Are self-taught and want help spotting gaps

Keep practicing but are not sure if you are working on the right things

Want to ask Tim about creativity, groove, sound, or musical choices

Are preparing for a show, recording session, audition, or personal goal

You do not have to follow a fixed curriculum. Each session is shaped around your experience, interests, and what would be most useful for you.

Know What to Work on Next

The goal is not to give you a long list of random exercises. The goal is to help you understand what needs attention and what to do next. Each session is designed to give you:

A clearer understanding of the issue

Tim’s direct observations and feedback

Specific adjustments to explore

A better idea of what to listen and feel for

A more focused direction between sessions

A clearer sense of what is helping and what is getting in the way
